Booking and purchasing tickets

All seating is reserved. Purchase bus tickets in advance. Booking can be done by telephone or online. For the Osaka route, reservations are accepted starting one month and one day in advance of your travel date. For the Tokyo and Kyoto routes, reservations are accepted starting one month in advance.

Going to the bus stop

Confirm the location of your bus stop and get there, with your ticket, well before the scheduled departure time.
Confirming bookings and checking in luggage

We will confirm your ticket when you board the bus. Only one piece of large luggage per person is allowed. (Max. size: 1 meter for the total of the length, width, and height of the luggage, with the total weight not exceeding 10 kilograms and volume not exceeding 0.027 cubic meters.) Note that we cannot accept the following items as carry-on luggage or in the cargo space: medium-size and larger suitcases, skis, snowboards, regular and folding bicycles, etc. Please take valuables, high-priced items, and fragile items with you on the bus.
When getting off the bus

Bus tickets will be collected when you get off the bus. Remember to pick up your items stored in the cargo space and do not forget anything on the bus.
